Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, burns, scratches, or any alterations.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or returned after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.
- Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Footwear with obvious signs of wear.
- Items damaged by external factors (fire, water, or other substances).
- Products purchased as part of a clearance or final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please reach out to us within 7 days with a description and images of the issue.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
